Today is a very special day as it is a rare occurrence when the annular solar eclipse day and the first day of the 12th lunar month come together?? Today, the Moon moved into position to obscure the Sun at 1.28pm on Thursday (Dec 26) and form a “ring of fire”, in what has been dubbed the “greatest astronomical event in Singapore”. The next annular solar eclipse will only happen again in Singapore in 2063. I probably be gone by then. Hence, take a step back, let go of the little things in life that made us unhappy, look at the bigger picture and strive tobe happy & positive at all times, and treasure our loved ones and the present moment. Remember life impermanence as taught by Holy Dharma ??? 早在三个月前决定了留下来吉隆坡拍摄这次的日偏食，三天前也到KLCC这里实地考察，做好了功课，做好了一切准备，就等老天爷的眷顾了！ 今天日食时刻一直有云来云散，放着过滤镜拍摄一下拍到一下拍不到，最后索性放弃了滤镜拍摄，索性拍摄透过云层的太阳，也因此这样，可以一张拍成KLCC和日食的画面，不用再利用重叠合成方法。 我非常喜欢这画面，人生中成功多了一张Master Piece。 #Solareclipse #PartialSolarEclipse #Solar #Sun #Astronomy #Astrophotography #KLCC #Kualalumpur #SuriaKLCC #GradientLok #GradientLifeOfPhoto

In our opinion, each photo represents its own unique and ingenuity ambiance that managed to capture the natural-phenomenon beautifully. And if you missed this one, unfortunately the next solar eclipse will take place on 21st May 2031, so you’ll have to wait another 12 years more to witness this phenomenon!
