The famous Dr Sandra Lee or better known as Dr Pimple Popper will be getting her own show on TLC!

She saw a huge success from her YouTube channel by popping all kinds of different pimples, milias, blackheads, whiteheads and cysts.

According to NextShark, the famous dermatologist was first featured in a one-hour special on the TLC network in January and there were 1.2 million viewers who tuned in to that episode.

The show turned out to be the most watched show on Facebook that evening!

Now, she will be returning to the channel with all-new episodes of her pimple-popping goodness.

TLC explains that the upcoming show will be similar to the old one, also features one-hour episodes of Dr. Sandra’s pimple popping actions and said:

“She will poke, prod and squeeze in order to resolve some unusual dermatological cases, as well as transform the lives of her patients in the process.”

Dr Sandra gained her fame from her YouTube channel, as she posted many videos of herself popping pimples, cysts and blackheads.

Although this may sound gross and nasty, but many people still found satisfaction in watching them. To prove this, she has over 3 million subscribers on her YouTube account!

Before she became famous, Dr Pimple Popper uploaded all her pimple popping videos for medical purposes only, but eventually the videos went viral and made her famous.

Many people might think that Dr Pimple Popper was never afraid of all nasty and slimy cysts, pimples and blackheads, but she said: 

“Two cases recently which were on the same day, actually, I had to come home at lunch and take a nap because it was too much for me.

“One of them was an abscess, which I don’t like, and the other one was a big cyst that was black — it was black on the inside. It was big. It was maybe the size of a kid’s fist.”

“I much prefer to pop cysts that are not inflamed or infected. In those kinds of cases, they have the texture of Brie cheese, a pasty type of texture.

“They smell because there is an infection there and if there is bacteria involved, that creates an odour. Those can smell disgusting, which is why I don’t like that stuff.”
