Samsung is one of the brand that always release phones that are way more interesting and high tech as compared to their older models. Hence, every time Samsung announces that they will release a new model, it will get fans super hyped up! 

According to Lobak Merah, this time, Samsung is dropping the brand new Galaxy S9 and S9+, after they had released Galaxy S8 and S8+ last year.

Samsung also confirmed the date to be 25th February 2018! Samsung fans, are you all ready for the launch?

Of course, with a new device comes new features as well. Here’s a list of everything amazing about the new phone.

1. Next level camera!

Samsung has always been known to have one of the best cameras in the world.

This time for Galaxy S9 and S9+, the engineers added in the ‘Dual Camera’ function, where both of the cameras are 12-megapixel, and they can switch between f/2.4 and f/1.5 too.

The front camera, on the other hand, is 8-megapixels with auto-focus function. That’s not all, the front camera can even record super slow motion videos up to 1000 fps!

2. A variety of colours

Samsung is also known for the elegant colours on their phones. Based on the leaked news on Twitter, these new models will have four different colours; Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, Titanium Grey and Coral Blue.

Lilac purple is the newest shade among the other 3.

3. Surround sound speakers

This is definitely the newest and coolest function of the brand new Samsung phone; surround sound speakers!

Imagine watching an action movie on the phone with the volume on full-blast. That’s gonna be like watching a movie in cinema.

4. Massive RAM and EXTRA storage

The S9 is expected to have at least 4GB RAM with two different storage sizes to be chosen by the customer; 64GB and 128GB.

Fr the Galaxy S9+, it is believed to have 6GB RAM along with four storage sizes to choose from; 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and also 512GB!

No need to worry about not enough storage anymore! You can put in lots of selfies and videos too!

5. Large screen size

Both the S9 and S9+ are different in sizes as the former has Quad HD Infinity display with screen size of 5.8 inches while the latter has also got Quad HD Infinity display screen but with a bigger screen size of 6.2 inches.

Both phones also have the same pixel display of 1440×2960. 

6. Processor chip

There are rumours going around saying that the brand new S9 and S9+ will be using Snapdragon 845 as their processor chip.

Apparently, the Snapdragon 845 has 10-nanometers and they believe that it will make the phones run faster and be more battery efficient! 

But, the new Samsung phones might be using the Exynos 9 Octa 9810 instead which will have 8-nanometers instead.

7. Longer battery capacity

Battery capacity is the most important factor when choosing our phones because we do not want to buy a phone that has a short life battery right? 

Hence, the S9 will be having 3,000mAh battery capacity, while S9+ will have 3,500mAh! According to the rumours, the S9+ will have at least 36 hours of battery life.
