The news of Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin’s engagement shook the globe when it was announced. Most people were excited over the impending matrimony while others where heartbroken that their favourite celebrities will no longer be available.
Either way, it is still a sweet union as the actress is actually Taeyang’s first girlfriend.
Yang Hyun Suk, the CEO of YG Entertainment where Taeyang is from, has been quoted saying,
“It’s Taeyang’s first girlfriend. It is something to congratulate and the YG family are all congratulating him.”
The couple’s wedding is set on February 3, 2018 and their invitation card was recently revealed.
On January 25, 90’s boy band member Song Baek Kyung shared a photo of the couple’s wedding invitation onto Instagram. The 1TYM member wrote,
“Little 5th grader Youngbae whom I first met at a practice room in the basement surprised all by growing up to be a Big Bang member… and now he has gone beyond surprising and making me touched and proud by getting married and starting a family.
“I found the beautiful wedding invitation for Song Baek Kyung and Oh Jin Hwan when I arrived at the office. I’ll sincerely congratulate you with all my heart. Youngbae!!!”

The intricate cream-coloured card reads,
“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.”
This is a quote from the Hebrew Bible in Ecclesiastes 4:9. It also stated both the idols’ real name; Yongbae and Eun Ran.
On the front of card held a pretty little bouquet of flowers too! So cute!
